Using PaintColorKE
- You may use the tools, palettes and pages for personal and commercial colour work, free of charge.
- Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it at scale, no harmful files, and nothing unlawful.
- We may change, pause or remove any part of the website at any time.
What you make
Palettes, images and code you create with our tools are yours to use. Colours themselves cannot be owned, and other people may make the same palette.
What you send us
When you submit a community palette you confirm it is your own work and give PaintColorKE a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to publish, show and adapt it on the website and in its promotion. We may decline or remove any submission.
Our content
The website’s design, text, original palettes, room scenes and software belong to PaintColorKE. Colour names, data and images from others are used under their own licences, listed on the sources and credits page. Manufacturer names, logos and product information belong to their owners.
No guarantees
The website and its tools are provided as they are. Colours, matches, quantities and product details are a guide, not a promise; see the disclaimer. Always check physical samples and the manufacturer’s current product information before you buy or paint.
Liability
As far as the law allows, PaintColorKE is not responsible for losses that come from using or relying on the website, including the cost of paint, labour or repainting. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer law that cannot be limited.
